VENDOR AGREES TO THE CONTRACT TERMS AS STATED
1. Stone River LLC., are not liable for any loss or damage & will not be responsible for any personal injury to the vendor, his associates and/or merchandise. The Vendor hereby agrees to indemnity, hold harmless and defend the above named entities from any acts or omissions to act of the vendor, its employees, agents and assigns.
2. Vendors are responsible for any damage they may cause while participating in the day’s events.
3. Stone River LLC., is not responsible for the safety of the LESSEE’S merchandise, employees, theft, fire, water damage accidents, or injuries, etc., for any cause whatsoever.
4. Stone River LLC., reserves the right to restrict the sale or display of any items or services or causes that have not been previously approved by the Commission and reserves the right to cancel any Vendor Contract/Reservation during the Music Festival at any time for noncompliance of conditions stated in this Contract.
5. All tax liabilities and permits are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
6. A Refundable Damage Deposit of Twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) is due with the Insurance Policy no later than September 15. The Damage Deposit will be refunded to the vender providing there are no damages to property and grounds are cleaned of all boxes, papers, glass and other debris to the satisfaction of the Stone River LLC, no later than Sunday at 4:00 P. M. Your failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the Damage Deposit.
7. Food Vendors fee is $150.00. Arts and Crafts Vendors fee is $75.00. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
All food vendors must carry a $1,000,000 dollar liability insurance policy listing Stone River LLC., as additionally insured.
Stone River does not allow its food vendors to sell beverages. However, if you are a specialty beverage vendor, such as a lemonade booth, coffee or smoothie vendor, you may apply. ALL soda, water and ice must be purchased from Festival, including that for personal/staff use or for food temperatures.
All arts and crafts venders must carry a $500,000 dollar liability insurance policy listing Stone River LLC., as additionally insured.
All arts and crafts vendors must sell handmade craft items. No illegal drug related paraphernalia can be displayed for sale. No copyrighted designs. Glass is allowed.
