The first annual Stone River Music Festival will be held September 24-26, 2010 on private land prepared and donated for this event by Lincoln County residents Jim and Vickie Pittsley. This beautiful setting, located 3 miles North of the picturesque town of Chandler, will be the backdrop for an entire weekend of grassroots music showcasing Oklahoma bands and musicians.
The primary purpose of this music festival is to enrich the Oklahoma music community.
Our mission is two-fold: to provide a forum for the many talented Oklahoma musicians and bands that will be performing. Second, we want to give back to the local music community. We will redirect $1 from each ticket sold to the specific music needs of the Chandler Public Schools music program.
